北票金事達機械制造有限公司前身是一家多年生產耐磨、耐熱鋼的專業廠家（北票市金華鑄鋼有限責任公司）。主要產品有六大系列，一百多個品種。
一：改進型高鉻合金鑄鐵，高鉻鑄鐵本身就是耐磨材料里的頂級材料，本公司科研人員經過長達十幾年的理論、實踐、調整，對高鉻鑄鐵進行改進，改進過程不言而喻，改進后的高鉻鑄鐵在原有基礎上耐磨性提高了60—70%，相當于錳鋼的十幾倍，深受用戶認可。

三：油淬低碳合金鋼是本公司特別研制的高韌性、高耐磨的合金鋼。眾所周知，韌性高了不耐磨，高耐磨了沒韌性，本公司就是針對有些工況條件和廠家的要求，即需要有高的耐磨性，又要有好的韌性的要求而研發了這種特殊鋼種。本鋼種是由特殊的化學成分加以特殊的熱處理工藝，然后經過油淬火處理后才達到理想的效果。它的耐磨性是高錳鋼的2—3倍，使用范圍十分廣泛。
四：中合金顎板。針對國內還沒有哪個廠家敢用中合金材質做顎板，本公司經過幾年的實驗、試制、調整和實際試用，成功研制出中合金顎板。經過幾年的用戶使用，耐磨性是高錳鋼的1—2倍，效果非常理想，得到用戶一致好評。本材質適用于大、中、小各類顎板。
